Description

"Then rose the Nereids from the foamy tide,
To see this wonder o'er their dwellings ride:
Daily the enormous structure they beheld,
To mortal eyes their naked frames revealed;
And full to view, emerging from the flood,
to gaze upon where the swift Argo stood."

A scene in Teras featuring the Argo powering down yards away from a young maiden.

This is absolutely gorgeous. I do not know where to begin, so I will just start at the start! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h…" width="15" height="13" alt=":heart:" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="357" title="Heart"/>

I love the contrast in the picture. The icy light blue stands out between the dark but warm colour palette. The tiny lonely figure in the middle increases the sense of magnitude of the air craft. I personally feel that it is nice that you do not see the whole thing and that a lot of it is covered by either the dust flying up or the darkness of the shadow at the bottom. This leaves some to the imagination of the viewer and it directs the attention at the tiny figure and the immense blue beam.

The tiny beam of sunlight is an incredibly nice touch which creates depth and it is things like that that make a difference in a striking piece such as this.

Well done, you can be very proud of this one, it is a lovely and diverse addition to your gallery. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/>
